How to access
a compounded preparation.
Every prescription-based department requires a verified script. Here's how the process works, from clinical intent to dispensed preparation. It takes 24–48 hours for most non-sterile formulations.
Your Physician Writes the Script
Your doctor, dermatologist, or specialist prescribes the formulation — strength, dosage form, and frequency. For complex compounds, our pharmacist team can collaborate directly with your prescriber to refine the specification.

Once the prescription is verified, formulation begins using USP/BP grade raw materials under Category-A Pharmacist oversight. pH is tested, concentrations are confirmed, and a full batch record is created before release.

Your preparation is labeled in Urdu and English with dosage instructions, storage conditions, and safety warnings per Health Products Rules 2018. Your pharmacist remains available by WhatsApp throughout your treatment cycle.
